Ingredients of Puffed Rice Chocolate
Step 1 Roast the puffed rice
Add puffed rice to a pan. Keep on medium heat and dry roast the puffed rice until crispy.
Step 2 Melt the chocolate
Use the double boiler method to melt the dark chocolate. Add butter and mix again to make a smooth mixture. Now add milk powder and powdered sugar. Mix well.
Step 3 Make the batter
Add puffed rice to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Step 4 Pour into moulds
Transfer the mixture into silicone moulds and let them cool down. Let the tray rest in the fridge for a few hours, until set.
