This recipe contains veggies like cauliflower, cabbage, onion, carrot, capsicum and is loaded with flavours. You can also add spinach, peas and even mushrooms to add extra flavours to the dish. Ingredients of Vegetable Balls
Step 1 Mix the veggies
Collect the finely chopped and grated veggies like onion, carrot, cabbage, corn, cauliflower, capsicum, green chilli and coriander leaves in a bowl. Mix them together.
Step 2 Add spices
Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger paste, garlic paste and mix everything well.
Step 3 Prepare the mixture
Add corn flour to the veggies and mix well to prepare the final mixture.
Step 4 Make balls and fry
Pinch out small balls from the mixture and roll them between your hands to make balls. Now heat oil in a kadhai and fry the balls in batches. Fry them until crisp and golden brown in colour.
Step 5 Ready to be served
Serve the Vegetable Balls with chutney of your choice and enjoy.
